Hollywood Foreign Press president Helen Hoehne was joined by surprise guest Snoop Dog to announce the nominations for the embattled Golden Globes. HFP has been criticized for it’s lack of diversity, accepting expensive “gifts” and unethical behavior. The awards show is proceeding next year without NBC. It has yet to announce a broadcast partner or format and has further come under fire for scheduling the event on the same night as the Critics Choice Awards.
