Next week, Thursday the 21st at 6pm CST to be exact, The Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville will present a virtual discussion with Mark D. Sikes that will be moderated by Sarah Bartholomew. The event is free and open to the public. It will take place on Zoom. Click here to register.
Mark, a venerated interior designer based in Los Angeles, published his second book, “More Beautiful: All-American Decoration” in September last year. This book is a follow-up to his first, the New York Times best seller, “Beautiful: All-American Decorating and Timeless Style.” The new book is divided into five chapters. Each chapter focuses on a style – traditional, country, coastal, Mediterranean and closes with Beautiful which features an exclusive look into Mark’s Hollywood Hills home. Long time industry friend, Sarah Bartholomew, a Nashville interior designer will moderate the virtual discussion. They will discuss Mark’s new book, his distinctive interior design style and his overarching design ethos. If you miss it or want to watch it again it will be recorded and will be available for viewing on the Antiques & Garden Show website.
