A debate we shall take up in the new year. Speaking of the New Year, I want to learn more about wine and champagne. I will be sharing some resources, starting with Doss Posey. Doss through his business, Nashville Private Sommelier, offers wine education classes, wine tastings, wine pairings, wine dinners, cellar cataloging and cellar stocking.
