Join us in Ellington’s restaurant, located on the 4th floor of the Fairlane Hotel, for an exclusive pop up dining experience called Dorsia. Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and entertained throughout their 3 course dinner by an immersive theater performance inspired by the film American Psycho.
