Savor a beloved house classic paired with wine from Chef Tony’s ancestral home and finish with one of Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti’s most daring desserts.

Pasta Class with Chef Tony Mantuano

Discover the art of making fresh pasta with Chef Tony Mantuano and team. Each pasta-making class includes a rare opportunity for a hands-on lesson inside Yolan’s kitchen, followed by a two-course lunch with wine and a sweet, take-home treat from the pantry kitchen.
