A trio of their popular food and wine springs returns in celebration of their First Anniversary. Taste wines first introduced to Nashville at Yolan. Savor a beloved house classic paired with wine from Chef Tony’s ancestral home and finish with one of Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti’s most daring desserts.

Guided by award-winning team at Yolan led by wine expert Cathy Mantuano and Beverage Director Jon Kearns, their September wine series highlights all things sparkling, from prosecco and metodo classico producers to unusual and delicious examples from other parts of “the boot”

Pasta Class with Chef Tony Mantuano

Friday, September 3rd, 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Discover the art of making fresh pasta with Chef Tony Mantuano and team. Each pasta-making class includes a rare opportunity for a hands-on lesson inside Yolan’s kitchen, followed by a two-course lunch with wine and a sweet, take-home treat from the pantry kitchen.
