Saturday’s Match against the NY Red Bulls Will Determine Nashville’s Fate in the Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs

As part of the 2023 MLS Decision Day, Nashville SC will host its official Fan Appreciation Night presented by Captain Morgan at GEODIS Park at 5 p.m. CT on Saturday, Oct. 21, as the Boys in Gold finish out their 2023 MLS regular season home schedule by taking on the New York Red Bulls.

Throughout the past two seasons, GEODIS Park has hosted over one million soccer fans. In recognition of this milestone, Nashville SC will honor a randomly selected fan upon their entrance by presenting them with a commemorative platinum record, symbolizing the achievement of one million album sales in the music industry.

Additionally, as a way to thank those in attendance, the first 10,000 fans through GEODIS Park’s doors will receive a Captain Morgan rally towel and a poster featuring the official 2023 team photo which was taken just days ago at the Vanderbilt Health Training Center, the club’s new facility.

The final match of the regular season will also highlight the club’s dedicated fanbase, showcase select fans’ talent as the pre-match and halftime entertainment and host a post-match party in the North Plaza. The family-friendly glow party will feature a DJ, food trucks, drink options, and fun activities for all ages to thank Nashville SC’s fans for consistently packing out GEODIS Park to cheer on the Boys in Gold during the 2023 MLS regular season.

Leading up to and during the evening of Oct. 21, Nashville SC fans will participate in the following activations:

Third Annual Nashville SC Riff Off:

Prior to Fan Appreciation Night, Nashville SC hosted the Third Annual NSC Riff Off, a head-to-head, bracket-style competition among fans of the club who were chosen to perform an original, 30-second guitar riff in front of a panel of judges at the GEODIS WeHo Club. The Riff Off champion, CJ Gardner, will perform the pre-match guitar riff prior to kickoff.

After Party Celebration:

Following the match, fans of all ages can head to the North Plaza outside of GEODIS Park, where they will enjoy a family-friendly glow party that will include a glow paint station, glow stick station, two LED hula hoop performers, and yard games. DJ SHEA-K will be providing the fresh mixes while Buns on the Run food truck serves up the party menu. Beer will also be available for purchase.

2023 Fan of the Year:

The 2023 Fan of the Year AR Scavenger Hunt concluded on Oct. 14 at the New England Revolution match. The winner, who will be announced during Saturday’s match, was randomly selected from the participants who successfully collected all six markers. The winner will enjoy a 2024 away trip for two to a match of their choosing (two round-trip flights, one-night hotel stay, and two match tickets).
