The Golden Globes® have confirmed Nikki Glaser as the host for the 84th Annual Golden Globes, marking the start of the awards season. The event will be broadcast live on Sunday, January 10, 2027, via CBS Television Network and will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ across the United States. *

After her acclaimed hosting duties in 2025 and 2026, Glaser made history as the first woman to solo-host the Golden Globes. Her memorable opening monologues have consistently impressed viewers, with her latest drawing nearly 14 million views within the first 36 hours on Golden Globes social media, setting an upbeat mood for an evening celebrating the top achievements in film, television, and podcasts.

“We are excited to have Nikki return to the Golden Globes stage in 2027,” stated Helen Hoehne, president of the Golden Globes. “Her sharp wit, authenticity, and commanding presence are unparalleled, and we look forward to seeing what surprises she brings to next year’s show.”

Glaser responded, “I’m delighted to host the Golden Globes for a third time—not just because it’s the best job I’ve ever had, but because my sister has three kids and now my parents and the Lord will see us as equals.”

Nikki Glaser has established herself as a leading figure in comedy. Her standout 2024 saw her named “Comedian of the Year” by The New York Times, inclusion in the Time100: The Most Influential People of 2025, and continued success with the HBO special “Someday You’ll Die,” which earned nominations for Emmy, Grammy, Golden Globe, and Critics Choice awards, along with a Writers Guild Award win. She recently made her hosting debut on “Saturday Night Live” and continues to tour internationally.

With several new projects underway, Glaser will star alongside Kim Kardashian in Eva Longoria’s Netflix comedy The Fifth Wheel. She will also co-write, produce, and star in a Paramount Pictures comedy inspired by the classic game MASH, and team up with Judd Apatow to star, co-write, and produce a romantic comedy for Universal Pictures. Her new Hulu stand-up special, “Good Girl,” debuts on April 24, 2026.
