Ingredients
3 lb. beef brisket
1 small white onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
2 c. low sodium chicken stock
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low, or until brisket is completely tender.
- Remove from slow cooker to slice. Serve with jus.
