Autumn in Piemonte

A highly anticipated season at Yolan, autumn ushers in a bounty of beautiful ingredients from our local farmers, sparking excitement in the kitchen. It is also a time for joyful gatherings, as great food and conversation are shared around the table — familial tenets of our perennial Italian hospitality.

Taste the region’s culinary stories, from traditional dishes of friendship and an alpine-inspired pasta to Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti’s dolce finale reimagining a cake once baked by monks.
