Strawberry S’mores

Ingredients

  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Toasted marshmallows
  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Center marshmallow on chocolate chip cookies.
  2. On middle rack, broil 30 seconds or just until marshmallows are golden brown.
  3. Immediately invert onto strawberry-topped chocolate chip cookie; press gently.
  4. Let stand 1 minute. Serve immediately

 

Chocolate S’mores

Ingredients

  • Chocolate wafer cookies
  • Cinnamon-dusted toasted marshmallows
  • Milk chocolate squares

Instructions

  1. Divide chocolate wafer cookies and center chocolate square on half of them.
  2. Place remaining chocolate wafer cookies on cookie sheet; top each with marshmallow.
  3. On middle rack, broil 30 seconds or just until marshmallows are golden brown.
  4. Immediately invert onto chocolate-topped chocolate wafer cookies; press gently.
  5. Let stand 1 minute to soften chocolate. Serve immediately

 

Peanut Butter S’mores

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers
  • Dark chocolate squares
  • Toasted marshmallows
  • Sliced bananas
  • Creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Divide graham crackers and spread thin layer peanut butter on half of them.
  2. Top peanut buttered graham crackers with banana slices.
  3. Center half of chocolate squares on top of the banana slices.
  4. Place remaining graham cracker halves on cookie sheet; top each with marshmallow.
  5. On middle rack, broil 30 seconds or just until marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Immediately invert onto chocolate-topped graham crackers; press gently.
  7. Let stand 1 minute to soften chocolate. Serve immediately
