Last year we gave you a French inspired Thanksgiving menu, Frenchgiving if you will. Since there are so many fabulous but traditional Thanksgiving menus and recipes available online we thought we’d circle the globe yet again for inspiration. So many friends have been to Africa recently and loved it so much we settled on Senegal, adapting West African flavors for a Thanksgiving feast. In Senegal there is a belief that you have to share food with whoever visits, because then your bowl will always be full. They say that by sharing their food, you bring a blessing. We share this Senegal-inpsired menu and recipes with you.
