Reservations are now open for Nashville’s most anticipated new Tuscan steakhouse—an elegant ode to Italian indulgence in the heart of the city.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is set to unveil its newest showpiece: Bacco, a Tuscan-inspired steakhouse opening to the public on April 10, 2026. Reservations are now available on OpenTable, inviting guests to discover a new dining address where Italian glamour meets downtown Nashville’s unmistakable rhythm.

Inspired by Bacchus, the Roman god of wine and revelry, Bacco is an invitation into a world of warmth, abundance, and beautifully orchestrated conviviality. Here, the spirit of a Tuscan steakhouse is rendered through an elevated lens—where refined Italian culinary tradition meets the magnetic energy of Music City, and every meal feels destined to become an occasion.

“Bacco has been thoughtfully imagined as a place where exceptional food, wine, and conversation unfold with ease,” says Sunil Narang, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. “From the design of the space to the flavours on the plate, every detail reflects the joy, generosity, and romance of Italian dining culture. We are thrilled to open our doors and invite Nashville into the experience.”

The menu is a vivid expression of Italian seasonality and bold, sun-drenched flavour, centered around premium steaks, house-made pastas, and striking antipasti. Signature dishes include Gnocchetti Sardi with spicy ‘nduja, sambuca, and Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Conchiglie Al Pesto with zucchini, squash blossom, and basil. A world-class selection of dry-aged steaks shares the stage with fresh seafood and polished entrées such as Broiled Whole Branzino with slow roasted oven tomatoes and Sicilian fennel butter, and Braised Lamb Belly with cannellini bean and pickled onion salad. The opening act begins with refined antipasti including Charred and Chilled Prawns with Calabrian salsa verde and Coriander-Cured Tuna Loin with heirloom tomato hearts and lime, alongside shareable starters such as Bruschetta alla Mortadella with sweet n’ sour cherry mostarda and Sicilian pistachio.

“Bacco is a celebration of everything we love about Italian culture—from exceptional food and wine to the unmistakable energy of gathering around the table,” says Nishaan Chavda, Director of Operations at Bacco. “We are proud to bring Nashville a concept that embraces both authenticity and revelry, creating an experience that feels sophisticated, spirited, and warmly inviting.”

The experience unfolds within a richly layered setting conceived by internationally acclaimed design studio AvroKO. Just off the Hotel’s main lobby, Bacco reveals a dramatic central bar and lounge, an intimate dining room framed by an open kitchen and custom dry-ageing cabinet, and two private dining rooms designed for beautifully appointed gatherings. Beyond, an expansive all-seasons terrazza channels the ease and allure of the Italian Riviera, transitioning effortlessly from sunlit afternoons to sparkling evenings.

Spanning more than 8,000 square feet (750 square metres) across its indoor and outdoor spaces, the restaurant marries Tuscan elegance with Nashville character through textured materials, warm tonal palettes, custom furnishings, and playful nods to Spaghetti Westerns—an aesthetic that feels at once transportive, cinematic, and distinctly of place.
The bar program adds yet another layer of allure, pairing a curated Italian wine list with cocktails that reinterpret tradition through a contemporary lens. From aperitivo hour to late evening, it is designed as a lively, beautifully composed setting for lingering conversations and elegant celebration.

Bacco will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. With reservations now open ahead of its April debut, the restaurant is poised to become one of Nashville’s most coveted new dining destinations.
