Another fabulous green option for St. Patrick’s day. Don’t let the Green Chartreuse scare you, the whisky, lime and mint really cut the sweet. The Absinthe rinse is a nice touch but not absolutely necessary, and can be substituted with Pernod or Herbsaint

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jameson
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz lime
  • 3-5 mint leaves
  • Absinthe rinse in glass (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into absinthe-rinsed coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with mint.
