Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the luxury hotel in downtown Nashville’s SoBro neighbourhood, will be ringing in the new year in fabulous five-star style at the Meet Me at Midnight New Year’s Eve Party. The all-inclusive bash will be held on December 31, 2023 from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am in the Hotel’s fifth-floor ballroom foyer, offering unlimited food and drink and live music alongside spectacular views of Downtown Nashville and the Cumberland River.

The Meet Me at Midnight New Year’s Eve Party will include a top-shelf open bar, handcrafted cocktails, Moët & Chandon Champagne, an assortment of passed hors d’oeuvres, and decadent food stations. The wildly popular 9-piece Nashville Allstars band will provide nonstop musical entertainment all night, while guests enjoy a variety of elegant appetizers, including golden macarons filled with beef tartare, caviar and lobster pops, passed foie gras, cheese and charcuterie, and more. New Year’s Eve Party and Stay Package

Begin the New Year’s celebration in the luxury of a Four Seasons hotel room or suite, with the New Year’s Eve Party and Stay Package. Available now exclusively for December 31, 2023, this package grants guests entry to the Hotel’s New Year’s Eve party in addition to a bottle of bubbly welcome amenity, overnight valet parking for one vehicle, and guaranteed late check-out until 2:00 pm.

Dine at Mimo on NYE

In addition to the New Year’s Eve Party on the fifth floor, Mimo Restaurant and Bar will be offering a four-course prix fixe dinner with two seatings on New Year’s Eve, the perfect way to start the evening. The first seating, available between 5:00 and 7:30 pm, will be $165 per person. The second seating, available between 8:00 and 10:00 pm, will be $195 per person.

Dinner will begin with an amuse-bouche of Oysters Gratin with Garlic, Parsley, and Breadcrumbs. For the first course, guests have their choice between a Radicchio Salad, Duck Liver Parfait, or Lobster Bisque. The pasta course includes a choice between Oxtail Pappardelle with Braised Oxtail ragu and Soffritto Parmigiano Vacche Rosse or Mushroom Radiatori with Wild Mushrooms, Ricotta Salata Cheese, and Black Pepper Jus. For an additional charge, guests can enjoy Black Truffle Risotto with Carnaroli Rice, Castelmagno, and 25-year Aged Balsamic.

For the third course, guests can choose between Pan Seared Scallops with Baby Carrots, Turnips, and Brown Butter Vinaigrette or Braised Short Ribs with Anson Mill Polenta and Maitake Mushroom. The option of a 36 ounce Prime Dry-Aged Tomahawk Steak for two is available as an add-on. A vegetarian entrée is also available. The meal concludes with a dessert of Mandarin Mousse with Olive Oil Snow and Clémentin.

Private Dining

Mimo’s private dining rooms are available for holiday parties throughout the season. The intimate, light-filled space can host groups of up to 28 persons. Parties of 10 guests or less can order directly from Mimo’s a la carte menu. Bespoke prix-fixe menus are available for groups larger than 10.
