The Nashville Predators Foundation empowered by SmileDirectClub will host its sixth annual Fishing Tournament sponsored by Bass Pro Shops and Guy Harvey this Saturday, Sept. 24 on Old Hickory Lake. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Preds Foundation.

The tournament will feature professional anglers David Walker and Andy Montgomery and Preds broadcaster Hal Gill. The entry/boat fee for a two-person team is $250 and fans can register their boat on Ticketmaster. Additionally, fans can text Predsfish to 76278 to bid on the chance to fish alongside one of the Major League Fishing Anglers or Hal Gill during the tournament.

Check-in takes place Friday, Sept. 23 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. CT at the Bass Pro Shops Opry Mills and one person from each team must speak with a representative to show proof of boater’s insurance and pick up the tournament bag. There will also be a captain’s meeting at Bass Pro Shops at 5 p.m. on Sept. 23. One person from each team must attend the captain’s meeting. The tournament is set to take place the following day on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. CT, launching from the Shutes Branch Ramp at Old Hickory Lake; Weigh-In will be at 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. back at Bass Pro Shops.

The first-place team will take home $5,000 based on a 100-boat field. Cash and prizes are available up to 25th place, and prizes will be given out at the conclusion of the weigh-in. Nitro Tournament Rewards, Ranger Cup and Triton Boats Gold are all enrolled for the Nashville Predators Fishing Tournament.
