The Four Seasons Hotel Nashville steakhouse expands its world with Italian-inflected mornings, scene-setting soundtracks, and an indoor-outdoor escape that feels distinctly transportive

Bacco, the Tuscan-inspired steakhouse at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, is stepping into a new chapter—one defined by leisurely weekend brunches, live music programming, and the long-anticipated debut of its all-seasons Terrazza. The effect is not merely an expansion of service, but an evolution of mood: from early espresso to late-evening cocktails, Bacco now offers a fuller, more atmospheric way to move through the day.

On Saturdays and Sundays, brunch is served from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm in both the Dining Room and the newly opened Terrazza, where weekly DJ programming lends the morning a chic, buoyant rhythm. For those in search of something more fleeting—but no less considered—the Bar offers grab-and-go coffee and pastries every weekend from 7:00 to 11:00 am.

The brunch menu reads like a polished study in Italian comfort with contemporary flair: ricotta pancakes finished with lemon butter and candied lemon rind; steak and eggs sharpened with Italian salsa verde and charred tomato; and frittata di patate e cipolle, layered with potato, onion, arugula, braised lamb, and fontina. There are also pizzettas, fresh juices and smoothies, and a range of house-made specialties, all anchored by Lavazza coffee and a beverage program designed to carry the table from first pour to lingering finish.

Beyond brunch, the Terrazza introduces a relaxed, walk-in-friendly setting with Bacco Bites, signature spritzes and cocktails, and a curated wine selection—all framed by views of Riverfront Park and the Cumberland River. Inspired by the Italian Riviera, the space is layered with saturated greens, terracotta tones, glossy tile accents, and its own opulent outdoor bar. The result is a setting that invites guests to gather, linger, and slip effortlessly from sunlit afternoon to candlelit evening in a mood that feels both casual and unmistakably refined.

“Brunch at Bacco is a natural extension of our vision to bring people together over exceptional food, drink, and atmosphere at every hour of the day,” says Chef Nicky Miscia. “With the opening of the Terrazza, we’re excited to offer guests a new way to experience Bacco, whether for a morning espresso, a leisurely brunch, or an evening cocktail, while enjoying Nashville’s wonderful weather year-round.”

Adding to the sense of occasion, Bacco is also introducing live music and DJ programming in the Terrazza and Bar, creating a soundtrack for both daytime ease and evening allure. Guests can expect live music and DJ sets every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, as well as Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

With brunch, the Terrazza, and an expanded entertainment program now in place, Bacco continues to define itself as one of Nashville’s most compelling dining destinations—where elevated Italian cuisine meets the city’s effortless social energy.

Complimentary valet parking is available for guests dining at Bacco. Reservations may be made on OpenTable or by calling the restaurant at +1 615 610 6990.
