Pam Wiznitzer, the mixology genius at Seamstress created this fabulous take on the classic grasshopper cokcktail. She makes it with Teeling whiskey, which is highly recommended. Think of this as a boozy Thin Mint. Slaínte! 

 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz Teeling Irish whiskey
  • .5 oz Creme de Cacao
  • .5 oz Brancamenta

Instructions

  1. Shake lightly and strain over crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with mint and shaved chocolate.
