Demand at fever pitch for Middle Tennessee’s summer finale sporting event taking place Sept. 14-15 at Nashville Superspeedway
Tickets for the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway will officially be on sale to the public April 4 at 9 a.m. CT. Fans can secure their spot here for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES championship weekend scheduled for Sept. 14-15. A Freedom Friday downtown pit stop challenge and free concert will kick off the weekend on Sept. 13 as “All Roads Lead to Nashville” for the series finale.

The Big Machine Music City Grand Prix offers a wide range of ticket options, including multi-level grandstand ticket opportunities, premium camping and premium hospitality experiences. Known for not having a bad seat in the house, every seat at the Nashville Superspeedway provides an excellent view of the track. Only two-day tickets for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and INDY NXT by Firestone season finale races will be available and will feature an array of experiences at various ticket levels, making the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix accessible for every fan. These include:
- Tower Grandstand Seating – tickets ranging $149-$199 per person
- Premium Tower Grandstand Seating – starting at $269 per person
- VIP tickets and packages including Big Machine Champions Club, Big Machine Green Room and more
The Big Machine Music City Grand Prix will also offer ticketed camping experiences, including the following zones:
- Fiddler’s Flats Camping (Turns 1 and 2)
- Infield Camping (Turns 1-3)
- Broadway
- Music Row
- The Bluff
- Geico Lots
The music and entertainment lineup for the at-track concerts and experiences taking place on Saturday and Sunday will be announced soon. Downtown programming for Friday’s kick off events celebrating military and first responders will also be announced soon. Since the announcement of the race’s move from downtown Nashville to Nashville Superspeedway, ticket demand has surged. The history of the INDYCAR SERIES on the iconic 1.33-mile D-shaped oval spans from 2001 to 2008. The racing legacy at Nashville Superspeedway began with the inaugural Firestone Indy 200 in 2001, marking the introduction of American open-wheel racing to Middle Tennessee. Legendary drivers like Tony Kanaan, Dario Franchetti and three-time winner Scott Dixon claimed victory.
The September 15 championship race will start at 2 p.m. CT, with NBC and Peacock televising the event with a Spanish language version available on Universo. The INDYCAR Radio Network will also provide coverage with audio available on SiriusXM channel 218 and the INDYCAR App powered by NTT DATA.
Nashville Superspeedway, Middle Tennessee’s racing jewel, is a year-round family-friendly destination in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. The 1.33-mile D-shaped track with 14 degrees of banking has hosted three NASCAR Cup Series races, 24 NASCAR Xfinity Series races, 16 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events and eight INDYCAR SERIES contests. The largest concrete-only track in NASCAR, Nashville Superspeedway is owned by Speedway Motorsports.
